Schedule and group-class booking
Online booking for group classes with slots, confirmations and reminders — no chat threads getting lost in messengers, no paper log. This part I build from scratch: it wasn’t in the case, I’ll say so straight.
Memberships and payments straight to you
Payment for classes and memberships through a payment provider — the money goes straight to you, into your account, with no middleman between you and the member. Taking payments is already in production; membership renewal with end dates I build on top.
Member cabinet
The next class, an attendance log, goals between classes and the membership end date — in one place, not in a notebook and chats. It accrues to you from day one.
Reminders and renewal
Notifications about a class and about a membership running out, on Telegram — no manual messaging and no faked scarcity. Basic reminders are already in production.

Not theory: the app and payments are already in production
An app with programs and progress, a bot, taking payments through YooKassa and data protection under 152-FZ — a head start on GDPR — I’ve already built and shipped live; you can open it and try it. The topic is squarely fitness, but the case is a solo expert, not a club. So online group-class booking, membership accounting, check-in and the club’s member base I build from scratch — those parts weren’t in that project, I’ll say so straight. What ties the case to your gym is the engineering layer and the topic, not the whole business model.
Six products in ten days is about the pace of building the skeleton, not about how many parts you need: a gym does fine with an app, booking, payments and data protection. New members from search come from catalogs and ads — I don’t promise a stream.
