1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using temadev.me (the "Site") or subscribing to our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or Services.
2. Definitions
- "Services": AI-powered chat platform, autonomous AI-agents, web search tools, APIs, documentation, and related software or websites provided by Temadev.
- "Subscriber" / "You": Any individual or entity creating an account or subscribing to Temadev services.
- "Content": Text, images, code, data, or other material submitted to or generated through our Services.
- "Output": AI-generated results, including text and images, created in response to user prompts.
3. Description of Services & Pricing
Temadev provides AI‑driven chat and autonomous AI‑agent services to assist with research, content drafting, automation, and web searches. Subscription plans, features, and pricing may change as per Section 14 (Changes to Terms).

Message quotas reset on the date your next subscription billing period begins. Unused messages do not roll over to subsequent periods.
4. User Obligations
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
- Acceptable Use: Users must not engage in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of your Content. By submitting Content, you grant Temadev a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, and display your Content solely for delivering our Services. You confirm that your Content does not infringe any third‑party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software available on the Site remain the property of Artem Kashin or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Services personally or internally for business.
7. Payment, Billing & Taxes
- Prices are listed in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
- Payments processed by Paddle; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation is permitted anytime via your account; Services remain accessible until the current billing cycle ends.
8. Refund Policy
Refer to our separate Refund Policy document. Nothing herein limits statutory rights granted by applicable consumer protection laws.
9. AI Output & Disclaimer
AI‑generated Output might contain inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Verify all Output before reliance. Temadev offers no warranties regarding Output's accuracy, legality, or suitability for specific purposes.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts due to violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior. Termination does not relieve payment obligations. For acceptable usage details, please contact support@temadev.me directly.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
Temadev's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the higher of: (i) $100 USD or (ii) the total subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits or data.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Temadev and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your usage, Content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated at least seven (7) days before becoming effective. Continued use indicates acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to Thai courts.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
Invalid or unenforceable provisions will not affect the remaining Terms. Together with referenced policies, these Terms represent the entire agreement.

This Privacy Policy explains how Artem Kashin/Temadev ("Temadev", "we", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit temadev.me or use our Services.

We do not collect full payment card numbers; Paddle acts as our PCI‑compliant processor.

- Service Providers – Paddle (payments), Vercel (hosting), and comparable sub‑processors, bound by data‑processing agreements.
- Legal Compliance – Regulators, courts, or law‑enforcement bodies when required.
- Business Transfers – In connection with a merger or acquisition (users will be notified).
We never sell or rent personal information.
6. International Transfers
Data may be stored or processed outside your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
7. Security
We employ industry‑standard TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100 % secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined or as mandated by law (e.g., 7 years for tax records). Anonymised usage data may be retained indefinitely.
9. Your Rights
Subject to local law, you may:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive data in portable format
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us for deletion.

- Analytics Cookies – Anonymous visit statistics (opt‑out available via browser settings or Do Not Track).

Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Temadev may issue refunds related to subscription purchases and describes conditions for trial periods.
1. Definitions
- Initial Purchase: The first payment made for a new subscription after the trial period.
- Renewal: Automatic billing at the commencement of a new subscription period.
- Trial Period: A seven (7) day period provided for evaluating the service prior to subscription charges.
2. Trial Period
We offer a complimentary seven (7) day trial period to allow users to evaluate our services. During this trial, you can assess whether our offerings meet your expectations and requirements. No charges apply during this trial.
Upon completion of the trial period, if you choose to continue using the service, you will be billed according to the subscription plan selected. Charges after this point are non-refundable based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with features already evaluated during the trial.
3. Refund Eligibility
Once the trial period has concluded and subscription charges apply, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Service-Level Issues: If there is a significant failure in service availability exceeding 24 continuous hours or a breach of the agreed-upon SLA (Service Level Agreement), you may request either:
- Service Credit: Extension of your current subscription equal to the number of days the service was disrupted, or
- Pro-rated Refund: Refund corresponding to the unused portion of your subscription term.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Bank or payment processor fees incurred during transactions that are beyond our control.
- Subscription fees billed after completion of the trial period, except for conditions described in Section 3.
5. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request based on eligible conditions, contact us at support@temadev.me within seven (7) days of experiencing the issue. Your request must include:
- Your Paddle order ID.
- Your registered account email address.
- A detailed explanation of the refund reason, including evidence of service-level disruptions if applicable.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage contacting support first to resolve any billing disputes amicably. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. Temadev reserves the right to contest unjustified chargebacks and pursue appropriate measures.
7. Modifications to this Policy
Temadev reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be clearly indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
